Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, CIRCA £45,000 DOE, HAMPSHIRE/ FULLY REMOTE. An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to become part of its expanding, CQS-accredited conveyancing team. JOB REF: 4206

•The appointed conveyancer will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will be based in the Hampshire office, although the role can be carried out fully remotely.

•Applications are open to candidate with at least three years’ residential conveyancing experience, with strong organisational and IT skills.

•The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to multitask under pressure, and deliver high standards of client care and communication, alongside a proven record of strong billing.

•The role offers a competitive salary and flexible working options, including fully remote, hybrid working, or based at one of the firm’s other offices. You’ll also join a supportive, collaborative team environment.
