Employment Solicitor / 4–7 years PQE / Solihull / £55,000 - £75,000 DOE. This long-established and highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its busy and growing Employment team in Shirley. As part of a this expanding and welcoming team, you'll advise a diverse client base of businesses and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and corporate support work.

About You:

  • 4–7 years' PQE in Employment Law
  • Strong experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and ambitious
  • Comfortable contributing to business development/networking and client relationship management
