COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
An ambitious and expanding commercial property and development team is seeking a Solicitor to join its East Sussex office. This opportunity will suit a qualified Solicitor with at least one year’s post-qualification experience who is keen to develop within a collaborative and progressive environment.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload of commercial property and development matters including acquisitions, disposals, refinances, lease drafting and negotiation, and development agreements. Depending on experience, you may also gain exposure to specialist development work including promotion agreements, option agreements and section 106 agreements. You will provide commercially focused advice across planning, construction and financing aspects of development transactions, while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters.
