JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Circa £45k (DOE)

THE ROLE:
As a key member of the team, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Will drafting and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• General private client advisory work

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the department, helping to shape its future direction and success.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with at least 4 years' PQE and a strong background in managing their own caseload. You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience handling wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive approach to business development and networking
• Ambition to progress your career and take on greater responsibility
• The ability to help develop and expand the firm's private client offering
