Family Solicitor (NQ+ - 5PQE) | West Midlands | £40K+ DOE

The successful Family Solicitor will work alongside respected specialists handling a high-quality, privately funded caseload, with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression and development.

The Role
You will undertake a varied caseload of complex privately funded family matters on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and professionals, including:
• High-value financial remedy matters
• Complex private children cases
• Divorce and separation matters
• Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Sensitive and high-profile family disputes

This role offers exposure to sophisticated and rewarding work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors from NQ level upwards who have gained experience within a recognised family team, whether at a City, regional or specialist family practice.

You will demonstrate:
• Strong technical expertise across privately funded family law matters
• Experience advising on financial and children cases
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• A desire to contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
