•The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of property and commercial litigation matters, providing clear client advice, handling negotiations, advocacy where required, and maintaining accurate time recording.

•You will deliver high quality client service while collaborating across departments, contributing to business development, staying current with legal developments, and supporting the development of junior team members.

•The firm is seeking an NQ–2 PQE solicitor with experience in property and commercial litigation, including possession, disrepair, tenancy, leasehold, and contractual disputes. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with private clients and SMEs.

•The role requires strong client care, communication, and organisational skills, along with commercial awareness, IT proficiency, and the ability to manage a busy workload. An interest in business development is also expected.
