PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, NQ +, HAMPSHIRE/ HYBRID, CIRCA £45,000 DOE. Exceptional benefits package including 32 days of annual leave, a competitive salary, and excellent career progression opportunities. JOB REF:4060

•The appointed solicitor will handle a diverse caseload covering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Probate matters, delivering clear and empathetic legal advice while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

•The role also involves advising on Will Trusts and trust registration, with a strong emphasis on providing high quality client service and developing long-term relationships with clients and referrers.

•The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law, with experience in Will Trusts and the Trust Registration Service desirable but not essential.

•The ideal candidate will have strong client care and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and organisation, and the ability to work independently while managing a busy caseload to a high professional standard.
