JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor                 
PQE REQUIRED: 2+        
LOCATION: North Yorkshire                
SALARY: Up to £65,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for an established and varied commercial property caseload, working across a broad range of transactional and advisory matters. This will include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, option agreements and other property related arrangements. The role will also involve work on property finance transactions and agricultural property matters, including overage arrangements, offering a diverse and engaging workload with exposure to both urban and rural property work. You will be joining a busy and experienced team where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise further while managing your own files with a high level of autonomy. The position offers strong long-term progression prospects for the right individual.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property. Candidates should be confident in managing a varied caseload independently and have solid experience across core commercial property transactions. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, well organised and capable of working to a high standard within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential, alongside the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships. This role would suit someone who is ambitious, keen to continue developing their technical ability and looking for a long-term career opportunity within a respected regional practice.
