Job Description

Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, Bristol, £75,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to work on a broad range of high-quality property disputes for a diverse client base including developers, landlords, tenants, investors, and commercial occupiers. JOB REF:3962.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals and forfeiture, possession claims and trespass matters, easements, covenants, and boundary disputes and dilapidations and nuisance claims
• You will also assist partners with more complex issues

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and works well within a team environment.
