COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1 - 4 YEARS PQE, SURREY, £50,000 + (DOE). Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive team? •The appointed solicitor will advise property developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions, delivering clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused solutions across a broad range of commercial property matters.

•You will manage a varied caseload, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents, while supporting colleagues, assisting other departments, and contributing to business development and firm-wide initiatives.

•Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with 1–4 years’ PQE with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
