An established and highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and successful Residential Property team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident supporting and handling a varied caseload of residential transactions.

You will be involved in managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with Lexcel and CQS standards. The role requires a strong focus on delivering excellent client care, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and working collaboratively as part of a well-established and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within residential conveyancing, strong technical knowledge of the transaction process, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines effectively. A proactive and organised approach, alongside a commitment to compliance and quality, is essential.
