LEGAL ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATOR/PARALEGAL – RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TEAM
You must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within a residential property work, previous experience in an administrative, legal secretary, or paralegal support role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a dependable and consistent approach to work. Comfortable working in a busy office environment, you will be a team player who is happy to remain in a support-focused role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Answering telephone calls, taking accurate messages and relaying them promptly
  • File opening and associated administrative tasks
  • General file administration
  • Assisting with dictation and typing
  • Taking minutes in meetings when required
  • File archiving and closing procedures
  • Providing general administrative support to the Residential Property team
