JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2-5
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
A well-established and highly regarded firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its dispute resolution team in Berkshire. You will manage a varied caseload of property disputes, advising a broad client base while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters. The role involves handling a range of contentious property matters and may also include exposure to wider commercial litigation work. You will be responsible for progressing matters from initial instruction through to resolution, maintaining strong client relationships and providing clear, practical advice. The position also includes involvement in new enquiries, offering an initial assessment to prospective clients and supporting the ongoing development of the team’s client base. You will play an active role in supervising junior members of the team where required and contributing to business development and networking initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team within a firm known for its quality of work and client service.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with between two and five years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation. Experience in broader commercial litigation would be advantageous.
You will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach to managing your workload. A willingness to engage in business development activities and build client relationships will be important. You will also be a team player with the ability to support and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.

PACKAGE:
