THE ROLE:
A respected and growing disputes team is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Cardiff office. You will advise on a range of disputes including contractual claims, judicial review matters, intellectual property disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims. A proactive, organised and collaborative approach is essential, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience of procurement disputes would be advantageous but is not essential.
THE FIRM:
This is a well-established firm with a strong reputation in commercial litigation and a diverse client base across both public and private sectors. The team offers a supportive and collegiate environment, with access to high-quality work and clear opportunities for progression.
PACKAGE:
Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) together with a comprehensive benefits package, hybrid working arrangements and structured opportunities for professional development within a busy and growing team.
