Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, East Midlands, circa £35,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 3719

THE ROLE:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
• You will have sound knowledge of plot sales conveyancing transactions from inception through to post completion
• Experience dealing with site acquisition and setup, and infrastructure and planning work
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
