Private Client Locum | Somerset | 3–6-month assignment | Immediate Start | Hybrid Working

A well established firm is seeking a Private Client Locum to support its Somerset office following a member of staff going off on long term sick leave. This is a short term assignment offering flexibility and a varied Private Client caseload, with a supportive team in place.

The Role
The successful locum will manage a general Private Client caseload, providing continuity and support to the department during this period. The firm offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring attendance in the Somerset office 1–2 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.

Typical Work Includes
• Wills and Codicils
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• General Private Client advisory work

Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Private Client Locum
• Strong all round Private Client experience
• Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working on a hybrid basis
• Available to start as soon as possible

Working Arrangements
• Assignment duration: 3–6 months
• Ideally full time, though 3 days per week minimum will be considered
• Hybrid working: 1–2 days in the Exeter office, remainder remote
• Supportive and well structured team environment
