OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will be advising on complex proceeds of crime matters including asset restraint, confiscation, and enforcement linked to serious criminal activity.
•You will analyse large volumes of evidence and work closely with investigators at an early stage to shape case strategy.
•Managing cases throughout the prosecution process, including making charging decisions, preparing legal documents, and providing guidance on disclosure and evidential matters.
•Applicants should be qualified Solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE and strong criminal law experience; exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations is highly advantageous.
