TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
LOCATION: Berkshire
PQE: NQ-2 years’ PQE
SALARY: £50-55K (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This highly regarded law firm is looking for a talented and experienced Solicitor to join its fast-growing Corporate team. Working closely with business owners, corporates, and entrepreneurs, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through a broad range of complex company and corporate law matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors, handling high-quality matters including shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, founder exits, investments from early-stage funding through to private equity, group reorganisations, governance matters and partnership agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from NQ and qualified solicitors with up to 2 years’ PQE who can demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Corporate law. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. You will also have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice. Ideally, you will have some prior experience or exposure to M&A and private equity matters.
