JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join a busy and well-regarded team in Norwich. You will be dealing with a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious work, advising a broad client base on complex and fast-moving matters. As the appointed Insolvency Solicitor you will be dealing with business restructurings and formal insolvency processes, winding -up proceedings, directors’ duties and contentious insolvency matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 4 years PQE in dealing with insolvency / restructuring matter although individuals with litigation experience and experience in the above would also be considered. With strong technical knowledge, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills together with the ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
