THE ROLE:
The appointed Insolvency and Restructuring Partner will lead on providing strategic and commercially focused advice across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring matters. You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering expert legal guidance on formal and informal insolvency processes, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies, and turnaround solutions. As a Partner, you will be expected to play a key role in shaping and growing the department’s practice. This includes developing new client relationships, strengthening existing ones, and identifying opportunities for cross-referral and business development.
THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in insolvency and restructuring. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in complex, high value contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. You will bring technical expertise in insolvency and related corporate/commercial law, with proven experience leading matters and delivering commercially focused solutions in fast paced environments.
