OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of Legal Aid matters
•This includes, care proceedings, Children Act matters, domestic violence and injunction work, emergency protection matters and applications under the Family Law Act
•You will work under supervision to manage cases from initial instruction through to final resolution, liaising with CAFCASS, social services, and expert witnesses throughout
•Advocacy experience would be advantageous but is not essential
