Employment Solicitor (7+ PQE), Suffolk, up to circa £80,000 (DOE). As part of its continued growth strategy, this leading regional law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded and expanding employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level solicitor looking to take the next step towards partnership while playing a key role in shaping the future of a successful practice. Job Ref:3386.
THE ROLE
You will advise a broad client base on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing development of the team. This is a strategic appointment offering genuine progression and the chance to influence the direction of the employment offering.
EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR
• A Senior Associate or existing Partner (or ready for partnership) with 7+ years’ PQE
• Experienced in advising employers across all aspects of employment law
• Commercially minded with a strong client-focused approach
• Confident in building and maintaining client relationships
• Keen to support business development initiatives and team growth
• Experienced in mentoring and supervising junior team members (desirable)
