Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £100,000+ (DOE), Top 50 Law Firm – You will play a pivotal role in shaping the presence of this firm in the local market, advising across a broad spectrum of disputes while benefiting from national reach, deep sector expertise, and a highly collaborative partner group. JOB REF:3342

THE ROLE:
• This role is ideally suited to an established Partner or an ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for partnership
• You will be experienced in Commercial Litigation and comfortable advising across a wide range of disputes.
• You will be responsible for a broad mix of disputes, including Commercial litigation, Property disputes, Professional negligence and general contractual and business disputes

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
• A strong track record in Commercial Litigation, with the versatility to advise across general disputes
• Experience of, or a genuine ambition for building and growing a practice
• Proven business development and networking skills
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to shape and deliver a sustainable business plan
