Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Devon, £Competitive (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career, with genuine scope to develop, grow, and ultimately lead within the department. JOB REF:3339
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a broad range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Providing strategic employment law advice to individuals and businesses
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• Experience acting for both Claimants and Respondents
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to play a key role in the department’s growth
