OVERVIEW:
• Lead a well established and high performing residential conveyancing department
• Manage and support a team of Conveyancers, Assistants and Support Staff across multiple offices
• Oversee all residential property matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Maintain a reduced personal caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
• Take ownership of departmental strategy, growth and performance
• Contribute to budgeting, reporting and strategic planning
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and support business development
• Qualified Conveyancer with significant experience in residential property law
• Proven track record of leading and developing successful teams
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
• Confident balancing leadership duties with a hands-on caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire and lead from the front
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting and business development (desirable)
