JOB TITLE: Commercial Lawyer
PQE: 1-3 years PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
This leading practice is seeking a dynamic, experienced individual to join their corporate commercial team. The team deals with a variety of work including commercial contracts, data protection, terms and conditions, group re-organisations and start-ups. The firm have identified the need to appoint a Junior Commercial Lawyer into their growing team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Lawyer will be joining a supportive and encouraging team where you can see your career flourish. You will be able to demonstrate experience in a variety of commercial work. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 1-3 years' PQE. You will ideally be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise across a range of commercial matters including providing support on data protection matters and IP matters as well as other commercial contract matters.

THE FIRM:
This private practice is well respected regionally and has a friendly, flexible approach. Ideally, they are looking to attract an ambitious Solicitor with a solid ground in corporate commercial law looking to join a progressive, forward-thinking company; situated in a part of the country offering a good life/work balance.
