JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: Circa £45k – £60k

THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor to join a growing and well-respected practice, known for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to an impressive client base ranging from national organisations to ambitious regional businesses. You will be joining a forward-thinking team and gaining exposure to a range of commercial property matters including leases, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters as well as licences. A varied role which offers you plenty of high quality work and plenty of scope for progression.

THE CANDIDATE:
Keen to speak with Solicitors or Legal Executives with practising rights who are able to demonstrate at least 3 years PQE in dealing with all types of commercial property matters. You will have strong technical expertise and attention to detail and possess the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. You will have the opportunity to deal with your own caseload of matters with the support of experienced Partners as well as receive plenty of exposure to clients and client building relationships.

You’ll be joining a team with an excellent reputation in the market, offering exposure to complex, high-value transactions as well as ongoing advisory work.
