Residential Conveyancing Solicitor | Nottingham | 5+ PQE | Up to £50k DOE

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Nottingham. This role has arisen to support with an existing caseload during a period of maternity leave.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring a high standard of client care and efficient progression of matters. The role is fully office-based and offers the opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.

Key Details
• Location: Nottingham (office-based)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
• Reason for Hire: Covering maternity leave caseload

Role Requirements
• Experience: 5+ PQE
• Backgrounds considered: Solicitor, Conveyancing Executive, or experienced Paralegal/Legal Secretary
• Work Type: Residential Conveyancing (DPROP)
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
