THE ROLE:
The firm is looking for a commercially minded solicitor with extensive experience in both commercial property and corporate commercial work. The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including commercial acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, and landlord and tenant matters, as well as development projects, refinancing, option agreements, and overage arrangements. You will also handle conditional contracts, asset and share sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other commercial contracts. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, practical advice to SME clients, taking into account the interplay between property and corporate structures to deliver well rounded solutions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to candidates with over six years’ post qualification experience in commercial property and corporate/commercial law. You will bring strong technical expertise and a proven ability to manage complex transactions efficiently. The appointed candidate will be commercially aware and client focused, committed to delivering practical solutions that meet business objectives. You will have a keen interest in business development and networking and be eager to build a robust client base while actively contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

THE PACKAGE:
