COMMERCIAL PROPERY SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, CO. DURHAM, TO C£70,000 + BENEFITS AND HYBRID WORKING – Successful, Legal 500 firm offering great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a key role in the team. JOB REF:3211

This well established regional law firm with a network of offices across the North East is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join its busy and well-established Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded solicitor to play a key role in a growing department that operates across all offices.
The Role
You will advise a broad client base on a range of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property development and agricultural land transactions.
As a senior member of the team, you will also get involved with the supervision of colleagues and contribute to the overall growth and success of the department
Candidate Requirements
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property. Any Agricultural Property experience is desirable but not essential. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills, experience in supervising junior team members, exceptional communication, networking, and client relationship skills
