OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction through to completion
• Draft wills, administer estates, advise on lasting powers of attorney and support clients with probate and estate planning matters
• Maintain a high level of client contact and build long-term relationships with individuals and families
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure seamless client service
• Contribute to maintaining the firm’s reputation for practical, empathetic advice
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a solid private client background
• Confident managing own caseload while delivering excellent client care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Personable, professional and client-focused approach
• STEP qualification or working towards it is advantageous, but not essential
• Well-established, highly respected law firm with a loyal regional client base
• Modern and supportive working environment encouraging practice development
