CASEWORK LAWYER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, 18 MONTH FTC, LONDON/ HYBRID, £54,000 TO £56,000 DOE. •You will manage a varied caseload of complex investigation and enforcement matters, including fitness to practise cases, interim measures, sanctions, and disciplinary proceedings, exercising delegated decision making authority within the regulatory framework.

•The appointed lawyer will also handle high risk cases, support litigation when necessary, and contribute to consistent, high quality regulatory decision making.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEX in England and Wales, or the equivalent in a foreign common law jurisdiction who have experience managing a complex caseload within litigation or tribunal proceedings.

•The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent drafting skills, including preparing charges, instructions to counsel, and formal correspondence, and will be confident in making sound, evidence based decisions while working independently or as part of a team.
