COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3-4 YEARS’ PQE, SALARY UP TO £50-65,000 (DOE). An outstanding opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with development experience, or someone looking to specialise in development work, to join a successful Legal 500–recognised Commercial Property Department at a well-established and highly regarded law firm. • The firm is seeking qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE and strong technical experience in Commercial Property matters.

• This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and engaging caseload, working across a broad range of commercial property matters. Responsibilities will include sales and acquisitions, lease negotiations and extensions, securitisation and lending transactions, lease assignments, surrenders and variations, and deeds of easement.

• The role will also involve playing an active part in the continued growth and success of the practice, including generating new business through marketing initiatives, networking, and developing strong professional relationships.

• You will provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice to clients, while building and maintaining long-term relationships. You will also support the development of the team by mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
