REGULATORY LAWYER -HEALTHCARE, LONDON/ HYBRID, 3-5 YEARS’ PQE. •The appointed lawyer will handle a caseload of complex, high risk investigations across the entire Fitness to Practise process, offering guidance to paralegals while drawing on their support where necessary.

•The role involves investigating cases, analysing evidence, assessing risk, preparing hearing cases, providing legal advice, and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams, external legal providers, registrants, their representatives, and witnesses.

•Applicants should be qualified solicitors, barristers, or CILEX lawyers with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience. Significant experience in healthcare regulatory work is essential

•You will have experience conducting investigations and preparing cases for hearings, with strong expertise in regulatory law and evidential rules, and the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
