PQE: 3+ years PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY Up to circa £70,000 (dependent on experience and skills)

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading, highly regarded commercial property team in Suffolk. This role offers the chance to manage a full and varied caseload, including landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, and involvement in larger transactions. The successful candidate will join an established team with a strong local reputation and excellent client relationships, contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and strengthening its presence in the Suffolk market.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE, managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions. Ideally, you will be ready to hit the ground running, joining a busy team that continues to receive a steady stream of new instructions. The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a reputable practice recognised for its commercial property or real estate expertise and be looking to make an immediate impact.
