Job Description

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 10+ PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, £65-85,000 (DOE). An excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a thriving Private Client Department at a well-established and highly respected law firm, with clear opportunities for career progression, including advancement to Partner level. JOB REF: 215303139

• The firm is seeking qualified Solicitors with at least 10 years’ PQE and significant experience in Private Client matters.

• The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of private client work. You will advise clients on wills, including living wills, handle probate applications, and prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney.

• In addition, you will be involved in trust creation and ongoing trust management, Court of Protection matters, and the efficient administration of estates, providing comprehensive and high-quality support to clients across a range of sensitive and complex issues.

• The role will also involve actively contributing to the growth of the department by developing new business through marketing initiatives and networking. You will deliver clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to clients while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the development of the team by mentoring and guiding junior colleagues.
