A highly regarded specialist firm, known for its expertise and ambitious growth plans, is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced family law professional eager to embrace a new challenge, step into a leadership role, and thrive in a supportive, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment. To apply or to register your interest, please contact Cassie on 0121 454 1004 or email cassie.huxtable@enllegal.co.uk with your CV.

THE ROLE:
A highly regarded, regional law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor to lead their new Cambridge office opening. With plenty of autonomy, real support and a clear, fast-tracked route to partnership. You will lead your own caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and private children law cases. In this senior role, you will deal with your own files and play a key role in further developing the family offerings in Cambridge.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are seeking applications from Senior Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE and proven strong technical expertise in family law matters. You will be handling a mix of private family work including financial remedy; children matters and complex and high-value disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the confidence to manage files independently. We are looking for a positive, collaborative professional with the drive to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth and development of the practice.

THE FIRM:
The firm is highly respected for its exceptional client care, high-quality privately funded family work, and a collaborative team culture. It offers a friendly, modern working environment where individual contributions are valued, and career progression is supported. The firm also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, BUPA private healthcare, a pension scheme, and structured development and leadership programmes to support professional growth and long-term success.
