Private Client Paralegal | West Midlands | Hybrid Working | £Competitive DOE | Job Ref: 215303073

An established and well-regarded regional firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its busy and supportive department.

You will be joining a close-knit team assisting with a caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate matters.

The Role:
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with the administration of estates from instruction through to distribution
• Preparing probate applications and liaising with HMRC and financial institutions
• Supporting the team on Trust matters
• Managing client communications with professionalism and empathy
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring regulatory compliance

The Candidate:
• Previous experience within a Private Client team
• Confident drafting Wills and LPAs
• Good understanding of the probate process
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent client care skills, particularly when handling sensitive matters
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
