EMPLOYMENT LAWYER, GREATER MANCHESTER, TO C£45,000 (DOE) + BENEFITS AND HYBRID WORKING – A well-regarded law firm is seeking an Employment Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its established employment team. JOB REF:3034
• You will join a close-knit employment team, working across a respondent-focused caseload that includes both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Acting for a high-quality client base of employer organisations, the role offers excellent exposure to complex, interesting work and the chance to build long-term client relationships in a supportive environment.
• You will be supporting fee earners in a variety of ways including preparing for and attending Employment Tribunal hearings, undertaking legal research to support ongoing matters and case strategy, preparing hearing and disclosure bundles, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless client service.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in employment law.
• The firm are open to considering non-qualified fee earners or recently qualified Solicitors who have a strong technical knowledge of employment law.
• You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have confidence dealing with clients, counsel and other stakeholders.
