JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: West Midlands
SALARY: £40k-£55k
THE ROLE:
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, acting on both freehold and leasehold transactions. The role will also involve handling some residential property files, offering a well rounded mix of work.
You will advise a wide range of clients, including SMEs, developers, landlords and investors whilst providing clear, pragmatic guidance throughout each transaction. The position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in order to manage a busy and fast paced caseload.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE managing both commercial and residential property matters. You will be confident running your own files from instruction through to completion and comfortable dealing directly with clients and third parties.
Strong technical knowledge is essential, alongside the ability to balance competing deadlines. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate a practical, solution focused approach.
This role would suit a proactive and dependable Solicitor who thrives in a client-facing environment. You will be commercially aware, detail oriented and capable of building lasting relationships with a broad spectrum of clients.
