Employment Solicitor (Partner), 8+ Years PQE, London, £Competitive (DOE) - A new opportunity for a driven and commercially astute Employment Partner to join a dynamic and growing firm. JOB REF:2961

THE ROLE:
• This is a rare opportunity to play a key strategic role in shaping the future of an employment department, leading client relationships, mentoring talent, and helping drive the business forward.
• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload
• Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You will be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE, ideally with existing Partner or Legal Director experience
• Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a broad client base
• A strong track record in business development and client retention
• Deep knowledge of employment matters
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a team and department
