INSURANCE DISPUTES SOLICITOR, 4-8 PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £95-120,000 (DOE). An outstanding opportunity to join an ambitious Top 50 UK law firm within its expanding Insurance Disputes team, with excellent scope to develop and strengthen your business development skills. • The successful Solicitor will play a key role in advising on a broad spectrum of insurance coverage and liability defence matters.

• The role includes handling a caseload of subrogated recovery claims, guiding clients through complex policy wording issues, managing Financial Ombudsman and Lloyd’s complaints, and occasionally delivering impactful training and strategic guidance to support client success.

• Representing a diverse portfolio of insurers, syndicates, corporate organisations, and public sector bodies, you will advise insurers and managing general agents on complex coverage matters, while also acting for policyholders in third-party liability disputes, including product liability claims.

• The firm are considering candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, and solid technical experience in contentious Insurance matters.

• You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding client care, while also collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm on related matters spanning a broad range of insurance lines.
