LEGAL SECRETARY – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, 12 + MONTHS EXPERIENCE, LONDON, £25,000 - £27,000 DOE. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Commercial Real Estate team at a well respected commercial law firm. •Responsibilities include, providing administrative and technical support by preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, managing files and compliance tasks, handling dictation, and organising communications, diaries, and office processes.

•You will also assist with legal procedures by liaising with clients and third parties, supporting Land Registry and SDLT work, drafting forms and correspondence, processing payments, and providing general support to fee earners and departments as required.

•The legal professional will demonstrate strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment.

•You will bring a proactive approach, combining sound legal knowledge with strong IT and communication skills, while maintaining a professional, client focused manner.
