Life Sciences Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Oxfordshire, £80 – £110K (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most respected life sciences sector teams in the UK, advising pioneering organisations at every stage of growth. JOB REF: 2831.

THE ROLE:
• You will advise life sciences and technology-focused clients on a broad range of commercial, IP and regulatory matters.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include IP licensing and partnering transactions, clinical trial agreements, research collaboration arrangements, commercial contracts, life sciences regulatory issues and data protection

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Life Sciences Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained in a large regional or City firm, or in-house.
• This opportunity will suit a commercially minded and technically strong lawyer who enjoys working across a wide range of complex matters.
• Proven experience advising life sciences or technology-based clients
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
