Pensions Solicitor

Pensions Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, London, £95 – £120K (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of advisory and transactional pensions matters alongside a highly regarded specialist team. JOB REF: 2826.

THE ROLE:
• You will advise across a wide spectrum of pensions work, supporting both trustee and employer clients as well as public sector bodies.
• You will be responsible for a varied pensions caseload to include advising on day-to-day issues affecting ongoing pension schemes, supporting bulk annuity and de-risking transactions, advising on public sector pensions matters and providing pensions input on corporate transactions
• You will be confident and capable of supervising more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Pensions Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• You will have strong technical competence and up-to-date legal knowledge in pensions law
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Have the ability to supervise and support junior lawyers
• Confidence delivering client training and presentations
