Job Description

JOB TITLE: Lawyer – Commercial Property
PQE REQUIRED: 2 - 6
LOCATION: Berkshire

THE ROLE: A large and busy Real Estate practice is seeking a property solicitor to support continued growth. The role is aimed at lawyers with around two to six years’ post-qualification experience, although candidates outside this range will also be considered.

The successful candidate will join a team advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing work, development projects and secured lending. The work spans multiple sectors such as office, industrial, retail, residential development and rural property, acting for a mix of owners, occupiers, investors and lenders. Experience across all areas is not required; the role can be shaped around the individual’s background and strengths.

This position offers exposure to high-quality transactional work within a collaborative team environment. Ongoing training and development are a key part of the role, alongside opportunities to build client relationships and contribute to profile-raising and business development activity. The role would suit a motivated property lawyer looking to broaden their experience and progress within a well-established real estate team.
