JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2 - 4
LOCATION: Berkshire

THE ROLE:

A Private Client team is seeking a solicitor with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to support its continued growth.

The role will involve managing a varied non-contentious caseload, including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on estate administration matters. This will include inheritance tax planning and the preparation of IHT returns, acting for a broad range of individual clients.

The successful candidate will receive structured support and guidance while being given responsibility for their own matters and client relationships. There will also be opportunities to contribute to client development and collaborative projects across the wider team.

The position sits within a well-established and active department, offering exposure to high-quality work and the chance to work closely with experienced practitioners on complex cases. The role also involves working alongside colleagues across both contentious and non-contentious disciplines, providing a broad and well-rounded private client practice.
