Residential Conveyancer, 2+ PQE, Bedfordshire, £45-50,000 (DOE). An exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established residential property team at a Lexcel-accredited firm. JOB REF: 215302659

OVERVIEW:
• The firm are accepting applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years’ PQE.

• You will take full ownership of a varied conveyancing caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.

• The work will include residential sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release transactions, title checks for both freehold and leasehold properties, and the handling of transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers.

• You will play an active role in the development of the practice by building and nurturing client relationships and local contacts, cross-referring work to other departments, and providing training and mentoring to conveyancing assistants.

• The successful candidate will bring strong technical ability and hands-on experience in sales, purchases, and remortgages, with additional exposure to shared ownership leases, lease variations, new-build developments and Help to Buy schemes.
