PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – ON-GOING LOCUM POSITION:
• Seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, ideally with 5+ years’ PQE, though candidates with other levels of experience will also be considered, to provide temporary support to the team during a period of permanent recruitment
• The role is a generalist private client position, focusing on wills, probate, and estate administration, providing an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload
• You will manage your own files independently, taking responsibility for all aspects of cases from client instruction through to completion, while receiving support from colleagues as needed
• This is a locum assignment for approximately three months, with an immediate start desirable, offering a flexible way to gain experience in a well-established team
• The role is ideally full-time, although four days per week will be considered to suit individual circumstances, providing flexibility for work-life balance
• There is a requirement for three days per week in the office, reflecting the importance of client service and face-to-face meetings
• You will have regular direct client contact, including in-person meetings with a variety of clients, some of which may involve high-value estates, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.
• The team offers a supportive environment, with colleagues available for guidance, plus on-site parking to make your working arrangements as convenient as possible.
