Real Estate Solicitor (9-Month FTC), 5+ PQE, West Midlands, up to circa £80,000, immediate start, hybrid working. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded, healthcare-focused commercial property team on a fixed-term basis. • An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join the firm on a fixed-term basis, handling a well-established caseload including acquisitions, disposals, property finance and development transactions
• You will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters such as freehold and leasehold transactions, title investigations, certificates of title and the preparation of straightforward, practical advice for clients
• The position also involves supporting the property aspects of corporate asset and share sales and purchases, including reviewing and negotiating documentation and assisting with related due diligence
• You will contribute to development schemes, working collaboratively with colleagues from other practice areas as part of multi-disciplinary project teams
• Previous experience within the health or social care sector would be beneficial, along with strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and confidence in direct client contact
• The successful candidate will build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills, effective project management and a proactive approach
